The Z1100 Pizza Oven Wood Fired also has a one piece cast refractory dome which is insulated to 1200 degrees enabling the oven to hold it's heat for up to 6hrs & the wood fired oven runs at a temperature of 400 degrees celcius which is perfect for pizzas to cook directly on the refractory floor. Last but not least is the Zesti Z1100 Wood Fired Pizza Oven is render free! It comes with a unique, revolutionary capping system making the oven a sealed unit enabling the pizza oven to obtain max temp in 30mins. with minimal wood & fuss. The capping piece seals the refractory's of the pizza oven making it impermeable to moisture which leads to expansion and cracking in all other rendered pizza ovens wood fired. Thus we offer our customers a warranty on the external finish and internal refractory of the pizza oven. It is the only home wood fired pizza oven available today with this unique warranty.
